>It’s Not Fair!

4 November 2006

>Seriously. How am I supposed to post when a.) I didn’t watch the game and b.) I’m half in the bag?

And what a game to miss! Evidently there is much controversy. I guess it’s better I DIDN’T watch.

I can’t even imagine what is going on at the RWD Deer Camp up in Canyon, MN. OMG you don’t even know, people. Hockey rage is hereditary. And THEY are all the way in the bag.

I can’t… I just don’t even know what to say here. Luckily, the Alleged Webmaster took notes for me. You know INCH’s Found On A Cocktail Napkin? This is Found On The Back Of An Envelope:

MuSin RaYmin hock frim Bmita – Bud Call
Macgregon Sh gcul Breakaway to he
Assist Niskanen

A: Fulton

Bad – PS Perkunfmasn Stalock

5-mpnn pp. for UND – Check From

PP G: Gergen
A McKnight, Fulton
Gopher hocks
vet offun purpuse

n/R sec

Umm… I guess that sums it up???

Anyway, I’ll do the numbers I guess.

Points Until We Surpass Last Year’s Total: 23
Wins Until We Surpass Last Year’s Total: 10

My “Guys” Competition:
Matt Niskanen: 9
Michael Gergen: 4
Jason Garrison: 2
Matt McKnight: 2
Mike Curry: 0 (Again, NO PENALTIES! Mike is on a streak!)

Freshmen Competition:
Fulton: 5 (w00t!)
Akins: 1
Stalock: 1
others: 0

Tomorrow I will be watching the game at Joe Senser’s in Bloomington. If I survive yet another long day on my feet.

Also, Faux Bobby Goepfert sucks and needs to stop spreading Gopher propaganda on my MySpace page.

    >Please my short hand notes were not only much clearer than that but to call the spelling mistakes in this post an embellishment would be like calling the refing tonight fair.PS Don Adam last time I checked you couldn’t review a too many men on the ice penalty!

  2. 4 November 2006 6:50 pm

    >When “The Don” tells you to reverse a call then you reverse the call. It’s that simple. Of course it’s always nice to have some dufus called “Lancette” on the payroll.I only saw the first half of the game but honestly … if that linesman wasn’t pretending he was the referee then the dogs probably could have won that game.Word Verification for this post:”en mlut” — seems french to me ..

  3. 4 November 2006 8:23 pm

    >Did Lancett call a penalty? What the hell?!?! He did that the other week on the Mavs. He’s the only lineman I’ve seen do that. Jackhole…

  4. 5 November 2006 12:30 am

    >Donald, that word verification probably means Goal: Curry in The Aaaahj’s language.

  5. 5 November 2006 12:53 am

    >I thought it was mullet related.Who’s this PUTZ sitting with LaP out there during the pregame? Not to ‘dis your goalie but last night that guy said Stalock would have “7, 8, 10 assists by the end of the season” … Could LaP’s Jacket be any looser on the shoulders? Does he have shoulders? Is he really animatronic?

  6. 5 November 2006 8:24 pm

    >How is that insulting? They meant assists for OUR team, not the opponents. Silly.Ugh, LaP. Don’t even go there.

  7. 6 November 2006 3:11 am

    >The linesman didn’t have the guts to blow the play dead until AFTER the goal. It was not pretty up at the RWD Deer Camp…I can tell you that. My favorite was watching the flops by Briggs. That guy is worse than Earl…almost! He loves the ol’ “Stick your leg out…make contact…do the ‘Floppy Crappie’ on the ice until the arm goes up”. And if you saw the replay of the Vanelli “delay of game that Adam somehow missed from his vantage point RIGHT ON THE END LINE”, you would have seen that just before that, Briggs inexplicably flops backwards in an attempt to do what Vanelli accomplished a second later. Total hose job. End comment.
